If you like old school training this is it, the original circuit class!
Excellent full body workout that improves fitness levels and aids weight loss and body fat reduction.
HIIT, Circuit Training, Kettlebells and more. Different each week.
Usually focused around intervals of intense work periods and short rest periods. This class will usually contain a mix of exercises targeting the full body using body weight, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, core bags, slam balls and a variety of other equipment. This is a perfect class for all abilities as you only get out of the class what you put it, but be prepared to work hard!
Variations include Strength, Cardio and Step.
Anaerobic interval training
Cardio and Strengthening using Kettlebells.
The class that targets those key areas for that summer body. This can be taught in a hiit or circuit class style depending on the instructor.
A way to improve core strength, lengthen, strengthen and balance the body.
High tempo resistance class with Kettlebells and Medicine balls.

We would recommend some comfortable, fit-for-purpose gym/fitness wear and sports shoes (strictly no jeans or boots), a bottle of water (there is a water fountain on-site), and any identification you may need for your membership such as Student ID, bank account details and a way to pay.
Once you have completed your induction and filled in the necessary paperwork, we will provide you with a DVC Sports swipe card (which unfortunately means we will need to take your photo!), and you will use this card each time you visit us to swipe in and out.

Our staff are friendly and passionate about supporting our members. After your initial induction you can speak to us about personal training sessions with one of our fully insured, qualified instructors to put you on the road towards achieving success.
Although we hate to see members leave, if you wish to cancel your membership, please provide written notice by completing a cancellation form at our reception or by emailing dvcsports@rnngroup.ac.uk
All cancellations are subject to our 28 day cancellation notice, your final payment date will be advised at the time of cancelling.
