Absolutely! Treatments are the perfect gift. Feel free to stop by the reception to purchase a gift voucher in person. We encourage recipients to use certificates within one year of purchase.

We accept cash, our gift vouchers and any major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We sometimes have last minute appointments available and you can call us on 01709 722776 to see if anything has become available. However, to avoid disappointment please book your appointment at least 2 – 3 weeks in advance.

The simple answer is yes; your health and wellbeing is a priority. Some people already have or can develop an allergic reaction to hair colour/tinting products which can result in hospitalisation.

This precautionary measure helps ensure that we can safely apply products to your hair/lashes/brow without risk of a reaction.

Due to the high number of last minute cancellation/non attendees we have unfortunately had to input a new cancellation policy.

We request a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice for cancellations, this is so we are able to fill the appointment space with someone from our waiting list.

If you fail to attend an appointment or cancel without the required 48 hours minimum notice, at our discretion, the appointment fee will be taken in full upon your next visit to the salon.

Unfortunately not, however we are based within the middle of Rotherham Town Centre, therefore there is ample parking in the surrounding areas.

Please allow enough time on your parking to ensure it covers your full treatment time. If you are unsure how long you will be, please enquire at reception prior to purchasing your parking ticket.

Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for appropriate services.

We allow children to have haircuts with guardian supervision only. If not, we ask that you respect the other guests’ me time by leaving your children at home as we cannot accommodate children in our reception area. This also allows you time for yourself to enjoy our services.
